Ingredients:
- 2 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 lime, zested and juiced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, ginger, lime zest and juice, honey, chili flakes, and cilantro.
- Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Pour glaze over the salmon, ensuring it's evenly coated.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and serve immediately with your favorite sides.
