Strawberry Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:
Dry Ingredients:
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
Wet Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup white granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups hulled and sliced strawberries
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk Dry Ingredients: Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl. Set aside.
- Cream Butter & Sugars: Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
- Beat Eggs: Beat in eggs one at a time.
- Mix Strawberry Puree: Stir in strawberry puree.
- Combine Wet & Dry Ingredients: Mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
- Stir In Chocolate Chips: Fold in chocolate chips.
- Chill Dough: Chill the dough for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Scoop Cookies: Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches between each cookie.
- Bake: Bake for 12-14 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
- Cool: Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
