Ingredients:

- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced (adjust for desired heat)
- 2 tablespoons lime juice

- For the Tacos:
- 8 small corn tortillas, warmed
- Your favorite taco toppings (sour cream, shredded lettuce, avocado, etc.)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Shrimp: In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cook the Shrimp: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque.
- Make the Salsa: Combine diced mango, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño, lime juice, and salt in a bowl. Mix well and set aside.
- Assemble the Tacos: Fill each warmed tortilla with cooked shrimp. Top with mango salsa and your desired taco toppings.
