Ingredients:
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 small corn tortillas
- Avocado Crema:
- 1 ripe avocado, mashed
- 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the shrimp and toss to coat.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and cooked through.
- While the shrimp cooks, prepare the avocado crema by combining all ingredients in a small bowl and whisking until smooth.
- Warm the tortillas in a microwave or on a griddle.
- Fill each tortilla with shrimp and top with avocado crema.
- Serve immediately with your favorite taco toppings such as shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, cilantro, and lime wedges.
