Ingredients:

For the pistachio glaze:

- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 teaspoon pistachio extract
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Cut in butter: Add the chilled diced butter to the dry ingredients and use your fingers or a pastry blender to cut it into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
