Smoky Salmon & Avocado Toast Bowls

A flavorful and satisfying breakfast or lunch featuring smoky salmon, creamy avocado, and a sprinkle of everything bagel seasoning.

Yields: 2 servings Prep Time: 10 minutes

  • 4 slices whole-wheat toast
  • 2 ripe avocados, mashed
  • 4 ounces smoked salmon, flaked
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning
  • Fresh dill sprigs, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Toast the bread to your desired level of crispness.
  2. While the toast is warming, mash the avocados in a bowl with a fork. Add the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the toasted bread slices.
  4. Top each slice with flaked smoked salmon and sprinkle generously with everything bagel seasoning.
  5. Garnish with fresh dill sprigs, if desired, and serve immediately.
