- 4 slices whole-wheat toast
- 2 ripe avocados, mashed
- 4 ounces smoked salmon, flaked
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning
- Fresh dill sprigs, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Toast the bread to your desired level of crispness.
- While the toast is warming, mash the avocados in a bowl with a fork. Add the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the toasted bread slices.
- Top each slice with flaked smoked salmon and sprinkle generously with everything bagel seasoning.
- Garnish with fresh dill sprigs, if desired, and serve immediately.
