Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs salmon fillet, skin on or off
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and black pepper.
- Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush generously with the honey-ginger glaze.
- Arrange broccoli florets around the salmon. Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and broccoli is tender.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
