Ingredients:
- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Sear the salmon for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- In a small saucepan, combine the orange juice, brown sugar, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the glaze thickens slightly, about 5 minutes.
- Pour the glaze over the cooked salmon fillets. Serve immediately with your favorite sides.
