Raspberry and White Chocolate Blondies

A sweet and tangy blondie recipe featuring fresh raspberries and white chocolate chunks.

The title of the recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup white granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup white chocolate chunks

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually mix in the flour mixture until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
  6. Gently fold in the fresh raspberries and white chocolate chunks.
  7. Press the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs attached.
  9. Let cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares and serving.

Note: The addition of fresh raspberries will create a slightly tart flavor, while the white chocolate chunks will add a creamy sweetness. Enjoy!
