Ingredients

Instructions

Prepare the panna cotta

  1. In a medium saucepan, whisk together the heavy cream, sugar, and cornstarch.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Let cool slightly, then stir in the softened butter until fully incorporated.
