Pistachio Crusted Apple Baked Crumble

Ingredients:
- 6-8 medium-sized apples, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh pistachios
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine sliced apples, granulated sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Mix until the apples are evenly coated.
- Transfer the apple mixture to a 9x9 inch baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix together rolled oats, brown sugar, and chopped pistachios.
- Drizzle the melted butter over the oat mixture and stir until crumbly.
- Spread the pistachio crust evenly over the apple filling.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the apples are tender.
Notes:
- You can adjust the amount of sugar to your taste.
- If you prefer a crunchier top, bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.
