  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Step 2: Prepare the Herbs

Chop fresh parsley and dill as directed in the ingredients section. Set aside.

Step 3: Pan-Fry Scallops

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Season scallops with salt and pepper. Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter to the skillet. Once melted, add the scallops. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through.

Step 4: Serve

Serve seared scallops immediately with garlic butter sauce spooned over the top. Garnish with chopped herbs and serve with lemon wedges on the side (if desired).
