The title of the recipe

Matcha and White Chocolate Tiramisu Cheesecake Bars

Servings: 12-15 bars

Ingredients:

Name Quantity
graham cracker crust 1 1/2 cups
granulated sugar 1 cup
unsalted butter, softened 1/4 cup
large eggs 3
vanilla extract 1 tsp
cream cheese 12 oz (340g)
white chocolate chips 8 oz (225g)
matcha powder 2 tsp
ladyfingers, soaked in coffee liqueur 6-8

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the graham cracker crust by blending the crumbs, sugar, and softened butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  3. Bake the crust for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Allow it to cool completely.
  4. In a blender, combine the eggs, vanilla extract, cream cheese, white chocolate chips, and matcha powder. Blend until smooth.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cooled crust and bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
  6. Allow the cheesecake bars to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  7. Once cooled, dip the ladyfingers into coffee liqueur for at least 5 seconds on each side. Arrange 3-4 soaked ladyfingers on top of the cheesecake mixture and repeat this process until all ingredients are used up.

Note: This recipe combines elements of tiramisu with a cheesecake bar format, incorporating matcha powder for a unique twist. The white chocolate chips add an extra layer of flavor to the creamy cheesecake mixture.
