Ingredients

Instructions
Preparing the Crust
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour and confectioners' sugar.
- Add softened butter and mix until the dough resembles coarse crumbs.
- Press the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
Making the Cheesecake Filling
- Beat cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Gradually add granulated sugar, beating until combined.
- Beat in eggs one at a time.
- Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Stir in matcha powder.
- Pour cheesecake batter over the crust.
Adding the Strawberry Swirl
- Drop spoonfuls of strawberry jam on top of the cheesecake batter, spreading it gently with a knife to create a swirly pattern.
- Arrange fresh strawberries on top of the cheesecake and swirl in the strawberry jam.
Baking the Cheesecake Bars
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
