- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup white granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp matcha powder

Instructions:
Preparing the Batter
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat butter until creamy.
Gradually add white sugar and brown sugar; beat until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract.
With the mixer on low speed, gradually add flour mixture until just combined.
Stir in matcha powder.
Melt white chocolate chips in a double boiler or in the microwave (30-second increments, stirring between each interval, until smooth).
Fold the melted white chocolate into the batter until well combined.
Pour the batter into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish and bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let cool completely on a wire rack before cutting into bars.
