Ingredients:
- 16-20 ladyfingers
- 2 cups strong brewed coffee
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup matcha powder (preferably ceremonial grade)
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
- Matcha leaves for garnish
Instructions:
- Make the matcha ladyfingers: In a small bowl, whisk together the coffee and matcha powder until well combined.
- Dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture for about 3-5 seconds on each side. They should be soft and pliable but not too wet.
- Prepare the tiramisu cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks. Set aside.
- In another bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Stir in the whipped heavy cream to create a creamy mixture.
