Ingredients
For the ladyfingers:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large egg whites
- 2 teaspoons matcha powder
For the pistachio cream:
- 8 ounces mascarpone cheese
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh pistachios

- 1/4 teaspoon matcha powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, and matcha powder.
- Create a well in the center and add egg whites; mix until smooth.
- Transfer mixture to a piping bag fitted with a large round tip.

- Make the crème brûlée:

- Repeat the layers: ladyfingers and pistachio cream.
- Top with crème brûlée:
- Pour the remaining crème brûlée mixture over the top layer of ladyfingers.
- Caramelize sugar:
