Ingredients

For the matcha cake:

Instructions

Prepare the matcha cake

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and flour two 8-inch (20cm) round cake pans.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, matcha powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
