Introduction

Ingredients

For the Blondies:

  • 2 1/4 cups (285g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the White Chocolate Glaze:

  • 1 cup (200g) white chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream

Toppings:

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh pistachios
  • Matcha powder for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare Pans: Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.

  2. Make the Blondies: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, matcha powder, baking powder, and salt. Set aside. In a large bowl, cream together sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
