Matcha Coconut Cream Panna Cotta

Servings:

  • 6-8 servings

Ingredients:

  • Matcha Coating:
    • 1 cup matcha powder
    • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
    • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes, toasted
  • Coconut Cream Panna Cotta:
    • 1 can (14 oz) full-fat coconut milk
    • 1 tablespoon honey
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Fresh Fruit Garnish:
    • Sliced strawberries, kiwi, or your choice of fruit

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together matcha powder and sugar until well combined.
  2. Spoon the coconut cream mixture into individual serving cups or ramekins.
  3. Top each cup with toasted coconut flakes and serve chilled.
  4. Garnish with fresh fruit slices and drizzle with honey, if desired.

Notes:

  • Adjust the amount of matcha powder to your liking for a stronger green tea flavor.
  • For an extra creamy texture, refrigerate the panna cotta overnight before serving.
