Instructions:
- In a small bowl, whisk together matcha powder and sugar until well combined.
- Spoon the coconut cream mixture into individual serving cups or ramekins.
- Top each cup with toasted coconut flakes and serve chilled.
- Garnish with fresh fruit slices and drizzle with honey, if desired.
