Maple Walnut Crepes Suzette
Ingredients:
For the crepe batter:

Instructions:
Make the crepe batter:

- In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and melted butter.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and whisk until smooth.
- Let the batter rest for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Make the maple walnut filling:
- In a small saucepan, combine maple syrup, chopped walnuts, unsalted butter, confectioners' sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is smooth and caramelized.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Assemble the crepes:
- Heat a non-stick pan or crepe pan over medium heat.

- Flip the crepe and cook for an additional 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- Repeat with remaining batter.
Fill the crepes:
- Spread a small amount of the maple walnut filling onto each cooled crepe.
