Grilled Salmon with Lemon-Ginger Glaze and Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients:
- Salmon fillets (4, 6 oz each)
- Lemon juice (2 tbsp)
- Ginger paste (1 tsp)
- Honey (1 tbsp)
- Soy sauce (1 tsp)
- Black pepper (to taste)
- Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
- Asparagus spears (12, trimmed)
- Olive oil (2 tbsp)
- Salt (to taste)
Instructions:
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small saucepan, whisk together lemon juice, ginger paste, honey, soy sauce, and black pepper. Bring to a boil over medium heat; reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes or until slightly thickened.
- Season salmon fillets with salt. Grill for 4-5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, toss asparagus spears with olive oil, salt, and black pepper on a baking sheet. Roast in the oven at 425°F (220°C) for 12-15 minutes or until tender.
- Serve grilled salmon with roasted asparagus and drizzle with lemon-ginger glaze. Garnish with chopped parsley.
