Ginger-Glazed Salmon with Sesame Roasted Broccoli

A healthy and flavorful dish featuring perfectly glazed salmon and roasted broccoli with a nutty sesame twist.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound salmon fillet, skin on
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, ginger, soy sauce, and honey. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place salmon fillet in a baking dish and pour the ginger glaze over it. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
  4. Toss broccoli florets with sesame seeds, salt, and pepper on a separate baking sheet.
  5. Roast both salmon and broccoli in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and broccoli is tender.

Serve immediately.
