Ingredients:
- 1 pound salmon fillet, skin on
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, ginger, soy sauce, and honey. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place salmon fillet in a baking dish and pour the ginger glaze over it. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
- Toss broccoli florets with sesame seeds, salt, and pepper on a separate baking sheet.
- Roast both salmon and broccoli in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and broccoli is tender.
Serve immediately.
