Dragon's Breath Chicken Tacos

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Chicken
- In a large bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and mix well to coat. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Step 2: Cook the Chicken
- Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Transfer the chicken to a plate and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing into thin strips.
Step 3: Prepare the Tacos
- Warm the tortillas by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.
- Assemble the tacos by placing sliced chicken onto a tortilla, followed by a spoonful of pickled jalapeños and a dollop of chipotle aioli.

Pickled Jalapeños

Notes:
