The Coconut Key Lime Crumble Cake Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

Crumble Topping
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon key lime juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a large bowl, combine sugar, coconut, and softened butter. Beat until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
- Beat in eggs one at a time. Stir in key lime juice and lime zest.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients; mix until just combined.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared baking dish.
Crumble Topping
- In a small bowl, combine flour, sugar, softened butter, shredded coconut, and key lime juice. Mix until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the cake batter.
Baking
