Ingredients:
- 1 lb salmon fillet, skin on
- 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, orange juice, lemon juice, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillet in a baking dish and pour half of the citrus glaze over it.
- In a separate bowl, toss the broccoli florets with minced garlic and remaining olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the broccoli around the salmon in the baking dish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the broccoli is tender.
- Drizzle any remaining glaze over the salmon and broccoli before serving.
