Apple Cider and White Chocolate Blondies

Ingredients:
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat: Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease an 8-inch x 8-inch baking pan and set it aside.
- Mix dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
- Cream butter and sugar: In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
- Add eggs and vanilla: Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients: Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Stir in apple cider and white chocolate: Stir in the apple cider and white chocolate chips.
- Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted 2 inches from the pan's edge comes out clean.
- Cool: Let the blondies cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares to serve.
